Can this please be sorted asap, People from distant states who have already got their #### together are wanting to book flights whilst they are cheap, and no doubt those in NZ would like to do the same.
Are the dates going to change also? |

+1 on the confirmation of venue and time ASAP

Venue is booked! YAY!
Abbotsford Convent Foundation Rosina Auditorium 1 St Heliers St. Abbotsford VIC 3067 Australia http://www.abbotsfordconvent.com.au/visitor-information went and checked it out the other day, venue is wicked, location is perfect (very central, but not too central that cost of accom will be through the roof). so moving on to accom. I am negotiating with a couple of hotels/motels in the area to get us a good group deal, so watch this space. As for rules questions, I will not be TO'ing on the day, we will have an experience TO organised. With the FAQ's leading up to the event I am in discussions with the committee and suggesting a similar process to the ETC. People ask questions, as a committee we make a decision, and then it is a "global" decision rather than just how "vic" play it. -------------------- I like baking scones and playing the kays

also confirming that dates have not changed, still the 1st weekend of September. Still just the saturday and sunday.
As for travel from airport to venue/accom, best bet will most likely be sky bus, but I am going to suss out if some of the locals will be willing to offer a bit of a car pool system, but we shall see what I can come up with. -------------------- I like baking scones and playing the kays
