Tempys Wood Elves at EL WHF 06 Options

In the past few years I have gottone some small credit for havign a nice painted forces for my 40K, and to some smal extent, Fantasy. A few years ago I fielded a Brettonian force that was still assembled the night before, some tho arrived on the Tourney day riderless.

I felt bad, as there were a lot of people who had gone to a great deal of effort to get up their forces to a high level of painting only to come across something you would expect as if you had your force for one week.

Well this year I have gone with a new force - Wood Elves. More specifically a Tree Spirit theme. All of the fluff and list restrictions asside, I am putting this up here as I will be fully converting the entire army after the tournament to be on the bases sold from Micro Art Studios.

These bases are hevily detailed, and more importantly, I will be using the Forest Bases theme, for the obvios reason.

So I here by apologise to all and sundry for the same boring old plastics and metal army that i usually show off at my clubs Fantasy tournament. I do however promise that in El '07.. things will never be the same again.

Oooohhh, they sure look nice, though there don't seem to be many flat spots on the bases to put your minis feet.

Bit of an update... I wont be getting the bases after all.. Credit cards are damn hard to sort out and with the upcomming Tau Empire well I selected them as my army for 2007.

so onward witht he spray can too work and let the brushes begin.

tho they will be painted up sweet for EL '07.
