just curios as seeing that there was no event this summer (damn you GW i was hoping to use my chaos to kill things)
is there any info on one in the summer of 09 ?

Firstly, being a northern hemisphere company, summer campaigns tend to be a June-July thing.

There has been rumour of some sort of big fantasy release mid next year that has a heavy focus on cavalry (supposedly filling in a lot of gaps in the miniature range) but whether that's an expansion-like product or a global campaign remains to be seen.
