Hi all -

Here are this year's terrain pledges.

Thank you all. We now have enough.

All tables are eligible for both the Best Table vote, and the Random Table draw. (Note that a table which has won Best Table in the past cannot win again.)

By "table", we mean the terrain. Tabletops will be supplied by GW, Ringwood and GROTS.

2010 TERRAIN LIST

Ringwood - 20 tables
GROTS - 20 tables
WGoL - 8 tables
WSWA - 5 tables
Outpost - 5 tables
MWM - 6 tables
BADgaming - 4 tables
MIF - 6 tables
WATT - 6 tables
Realm of Legends - 2 tables
GW Camberwell - 1 table
Leigh Avery - 3 tables
Pedro Silva - 2 tables
Stu Williams - 4 tables
Dan Stamford - 1 table
Cam Auty - 1 table
Rick Elliss - 1 table
Ben Metherell - 1 table
Matthew McAninly - 1 table
John Donlan - 1 table
Adrian Hunter - 2 tables
Russell Bratton - 2 tables
Stephan Schutze - 1 table
Antony Marshall - 1 table
Mike Yodgee - 2 tables

TOTAL - 107 tables

If it is no imposition, please bring the terrain as pledged. We will try to set up additional open gaming tables, and it will also be good to have spares in case some terrain does not arrive, or if it needs a bit of extra cover.

Thanks,

Mark

If the weather looks like being sticky, I can swap out two tables of terrain for an evaporative aircon unit. Which is the greater good ?

Stu, the Evap Cooler sounds great if the family can spare it. I've reduced you to 4 tables.

Outpost should be providing 5-6 tables worth. Daan or Erica should be getting in contact with you to confirm and chase up another request we made a while back.

Mark, could you clarify where the 6 table MWM pledge came from? From my understanding we're sitting at two currently.

From the earlier terrain thread:

QUOTE(cmdr_roy @ Nov 16 2009, 07:00 PM) *

MWM should be able to do better than that, flying solo myself i can do at least 4 tables worth.

Will downgrade to 2.

I'm also not sure about WAACY and WSWA's pledge - do these overlap? - will contact them to clarify.

Ah, right. Well, It's currently two confirmed definite tables, and the number will go up closer to the event.

Just wondering what you mean by "table"

I have an evil plastic tabletop of doom painted with some custo terrain, but it's fairly empty - do you still need more?

Also, Can maybe help on friday, depending on work.

After a trip to Bunnings, and some over zealous experiments with spray foam, I might be able to add some more tables to the WGoL pledge as a few of my projects are ahead of schedule. . I will let you know as things progress.

Cheers

Hey Mark

(Steph Schutze)
I did promise you a table of terrain privately, but I should put it on the official list to make it official
I am just putting the finishing touches on some very Krieg/WW1 looking trenches and obstacles. Lots of barbed wire and mud.

I will be bringing these unless I am told they are not needed.

I will bring at least 1 table (and it's probably better that it's only 1, it gets bare if I split it over 2)
