Still working on the players pack, but i will endeavor to get the mission pack out asap.

I thought that i would also mention that any competitors at the GenCon 40k event will be given a $5 discount on entry fees.

Always glad to see the Nordbergs involved in a Tourny.
Usually means things will run smooth.

Were you not still thinking 1650 points?

I always like the idea of changing up the points values.
Makes people think a bit about their comp and reduces the temptation to just run what you always run.

Was hoping to have a guard army ready but I have to face facts that I cant build a new 40K army AND start a flames of war army at the same time....Hell it took me 5 years to get my Tau to where it is now! I am too slow (old) for this hobby gig laugh.gif

Hey Freaky

One could say, you have a knack for stating the obvious?
And maybe even for being a stirrer? (sometimes this is not a bad thing).

Bundaberg game shop politics aside,
I know that Ben is real busy with the new store. His wife is now realising that owning your own store means you see your family a lot less than you should....

Regardless of this, would expect he would have the players pack up shortly? He'll no doubt do it in his spare time? laugh.gif

I have already started my new Tau list. Thinking Crisis suits this time.....lots of Crisis suits. For some reason, Ben thinks this will hit my comp score? Cant imagine why? armata_PDT_01.gif Does mean I have to sit down at my work station and build stuff. Motivation fairly low at the moment. Bundy Hammer is so far away, heaps of time to get stuff made, right?

I'm trying to get a Guard army (For a change of pace) up for it but its probably not going to be ready in time. I just don't have the time required (Took me 5 days to build 10 Guardsman)

Sorry for the confusion Chevy,

Last year Evilgit (Ben) ran the event and it was sponsored held at BMG and sponsored by BMG and Alpha Hobbies smile.gif

This year it is being run by Evilgit again and will be held in the same location, however will be sponsored by Loaded Dice and Alpha Hobbies.

To cut to the guts of the matter, Paul has moved his store to a new location and wants to run his own event, while Ben now runs a store in the old location and will continue to run the same event.

Don't forget as a Gencon 40k 2009 participant you get a $5 discount for attending Bundy Hammer smile.gif

With Battlefields 40k now out of the way its time to move on and get the player pack for Bundy Hammer organised. Just need to iron out a few bugs and it should be up by the end of easter.

Why not book in now for that long weekend in the Rum Capital of Australia (and at $25, why not play some 40k dollies as well)

Ummm....woops nice and professional armata_PDT_07.gif

Lists need to be in by 31st May 2010, same goes for the other events on the day. Payment can be arranged through alpha hobbies or in store (preferably not on the day). We haven't discussed penalties for late entries, most likely be no comp points scored, need to discuss with the brother.

Cheers

Lists will be due by the 28th of May, this will give me 2 weeks to get them panel comped. Any lists received after this date will receive 0 for their comp score.

Tablespace will be allocated on the 1st of June with any ticket sales after this date incurring a $10 handling fee as we will need to replan tables and things.

The player pack is complete, just playtesting the missions one last time before it is finalised biggrin.gif

Good luck with the event though!
