Hi all,

I recently started painting two 1000(ish) point warbands with the intent being to try and persuade other gamers to give the game a go. Personally I love the concept and have always loved the look of the figures.

Anyway to cut a long story short the two warbands are 100% Tethru on one side and a mix of Nekharu and Typhon on the other.

I painted this, my first unit, in my impatience to put brush to metal without really giving much thought to how the army should look as a whole.
I tried to use a limited palette of colours so they would, hopefully, stand out against a sand coloured table.
I have to say that the Crocodile figures are very nice to paint, I cant wait to get my armies on the filed of battle.

Now my Question is,

Should I paint all my Tethru with the same uniform, should I paint each unit different but using the same colours or all different colours completely?
I am kinda thinking that as each army can field pretty much any unit from any of the Gods children, that each fraction should have its own colours.

I would love to see some decent pictures of fully painted armies to draw inspiration from.

Other then that all C&C welcome. (I will do all the bases at the end of painting all the figures in an army to get a nice uniformed colour across them all)

Well done! I like the eyes particularly.

I must admit that my Wargods has sat in the box for a long time now, and I don't frequent this part of the forum much.

I might just get enthused enough to paint up some more figures.

Check WarPuppy website and their Gods of War magazine. They have some nicely painted articles there. You will also see in the second issue my "massive" army, but it is a distant shot so your desire to see an army may be diminished.

I started a blog (which is in my signature), check it out in the next day or two. I intend to post pictures of my different warbands shortly.
