August 14th & 15th (Saturday & Sunday)

has been set in stone for our first ever 2 day 40k tournament!

Who: The Outpost
What: Warhammer 40,000 Tournament (5 games)
When: August 14th & 15th
Where: The Outpost of course, 79 Cowper st Wallsend, NSW
Why: to enjoy some fun, competitive natured gaming.
Size: 1750pts 3 games on Saturday and 2 games on Sunday
Cost: $30 per person

Quick run down:
basically you will play your game, if you win you will get 3 points, a loss means you will get 0 points and if you get a draw- you get 1 point. at the end of the weekend over your 5 games you could get a possible 15/15 score for your battle. you're also to record and report to the Tournament Organiser your victory points (NOT KILL POINTS) at the end of each game. As an added bonus you will also get to score your opponent on Army Composition and Sportsman ship.

At Lunch Time on the Sunday of the tournament, if you've got a painted army you are to set it up to be judged for paint scores.

I strongly recommend bringing a painted army WAWE proved how important soft scores can be!

Any questions - PM or email me.

Express your interest here to secure a spot.

Tickets will also be on sale July 4th.

As long as comp does it's job this time... tongue.gif.

Not sure if the other guys want to go up, but if I can afford it I might. I'll speak with Ben.

That is true, you don't know what works an what doesn't until you give it a try.

It'll be fun anyway.

Gives me a reason to have my guard done by september... and a good bit of practice for legion (where I have a 3rd place to uphold, as well as this one:P!).

Glad to have you two on board.

Valkyrie - by guard army, do you mean your newer project? (last i saw was the converted flagies) - if so, it would be sweet to see it in the flesh.

Your a project too slow tongue.gif. I'll be bringing my cadians (who should be done by then). My Doomsdayers are on their last outing for this at lords.

I have a couch, which can be crashed upon if needs be.

Also, I have a balcony which would be perfect for eating dinner and having a few drinks.
