As part of wargamerau's resource for gamers, clubs and the public unaware public wanting to know more, the Know When event calendar will provide a consolidated and search ready view of what is going on in AU and NZ.

Examples of what can be added are: LoA Ancients Tournament and Warhordes Tournament.

There is no need to contact this thread to get your event as Know When is a public resource. I can add events for you though.

To get started:

1. Select Register from the menu and fill out the basic form.
2. Select Create from the menu and fill out the details of the event, and the time in Month, Day, Year format.
3. Type in the address of the event and press the Find button. This will add a marker to the map and zoom the map to that location. As many places can be added as you want (the map zooming out to fit them all in): if you want to add parking locations or bus stops, or where lunch/dinner or after event rioting will take place.
4. Remember to include a link to your event/club website and wargamerau topic for feedback and questions.
5. Click Save and you're done.
6. An image such as a flyer can be uploaded. It will be visible when viewing (not editing) the event.
