Hey best painted and second place, not for the Ravenwings first tournament I think i would use em more often if they weren't so hit and miss.

In one game a squad goes around and takes out a Chaos lord, an obliterator squad and 3 plague marine squads in combat over a game and only loses 2 guys, then in another they charge a necron squad and get beaten down, good times.

Only cause the lord rolled a 1 for the daemon weapon and couldn't attack

Man I was soo waiting for your lord to do that against me.... but he didnt

Haha silly chaos lord running into combat and getting squashed. In all honesty it should have wiped the squad and ducked for cover before a heap of melta shots went his way, but it happens and if I remember correctly that very same lord chewed through basically the entire army last time we played.

Great games, love the 1000 point level, happy with third place.
Might have got second if Lee's Nurgly beast didnt poo out a horrible little nurgle swarm last turn

also on a side note, Jeff was awarded the cheese for chessiest army, but was not the lowest comp scoring army?????????
