Has/Does anyone play this scifi game from DreamPod9 in Oz.
I am thinking of getting into it

The Old PC games were alot of fun and I am eyeing off the two player starter set smile.gif

Same, the models are quite nice and from what I have read the rules system seems well thought out. DP9 also seem willing to use and adapt idea from the playing public to adjust things they way the gamer wants them to be.

I know there are a couple of people around the brisbane area who are interested (I'm yet to try and organise a game though).

They've just released a new army book and it looks like it's heralding a new set of army construction rules for the other factions - less flexible but easier to get into. The field manual also trimmed down a lot of the rules to make it a bit easier (e.g. reduced range bands down to 3 from 5).
