Hey Guys, just wondering what people thoughts are on the Forge world necron stalker. Is it too good, not good enough or just right? And then i guess wether you would be ok facing it in a tournament?

I think the model is amazing! and would love to use it however i am leaning towards it being a little too good.

The rules have actually changed with Imperial Armour 2nd edition.

I think it's decent though.

If your event uses IA, its fine.
I use mine as triarch stalkers.

I think im going to get one even just for painting the amazing model. Does it work as a triach stalker or is it too big?

If anything, its possibly too small for one. But as there is no model yet, no one can say otherwise.

My next one will be reared up like the one in the FW pics so as to not deny any height.

Yup just ordered one, so keen to paint it. I Figure ill do it rearing up and then use it either as tomb stalker if allowed or a sub for a triarch stalker till the 2nd wave.

Have you guys played it as a tomb stalker and if so how did it do? It will be interesting mixing with the newcrons.

It's okay. I ran it under the old codex and it filled a niche the crons so desperately lacked.
