The 15mm Panther and 15mm Sherman M4A4 + Firefly kits are very nearly finished and will be appearing in January. The 1/72nd M4A1 75mm Sherman is also very nearly finished.
"Next year (2012) is looking very exciting - 1/72nd 251 halftracks, 251 halftrack variants conversion kit, 1/72nd Bren Carriers, 15mm Tiger I, KV1 (with 2, S, 85 etc), Churchills, Cromwells, Stuarts, 15mm British and US Infantry, M3 and M5 halftracks and lots of lovely artillery!"
Some exciting goodies for this year. Looks like my US rifle platoon will have to wait a little while till I can upgrade them to armored rifle company. Cheap M3 halftracks is great news. 251 conversion kits wil also be a welcome addition. Bring it on!

Reading the above text from PSC - the conversion kits for the 251 half track would appear to be 1/72 scale, not 15mm/1-100 scale.
The 15mm stuff looks interesting though, curious to see what artillery they put out, suspect 25 pdrs amongst others.

Good to see. Have been buying PSC stuff for my armies and am more than happy with it. Good to see a company which will give BF a run for their money and is producing miniatures which sell cheaper than the BF stuff - $33 for 5 PzIV's as compared to $65 from BF.
Considering the poor quality of BF casts since the plant moved to Asia, the crispness and level of detail on the PSC stuff leaves BF for dead IMHO.

I am not sure that PSC is that much better in its product, but having plastic vehicles is surely a win. The biggest issue I have with PSC is that their are simply too many parts to construct when a consolidated design would have been easier. Constructing a box of 251 half-tracks I was wondering why would they have so many pieces individually separated. As you could really only construct the 1 and 10 variants is didnt make sense, It was more of a pain to construct than should have been.

If you want a simple 3-5 part build, quick stick it together, then BF is fine. I don't see the PSC kits as an issue. The extra, seperate parts are a boon for modellers. There's scope for more detailing, variety in your vehicles.
Whilst the same could, potentially, be done with the BF stuff, you are working with resin. All the associated hassles with resin dust etc. Hence I don't bother doing much with the BF stuff.
Plus, the seperate parts are what makes the kit a better representation than the 'blocked' in BF kits. The front suspension and seperate seating assemblies, are no major issue. I find the kits go together a hell of a lot better than any of the BF offerings.

I prefer to support the company that actually came up with a pretty good game system! I have found BF to be very helpful.
Pretty much everybody stocking BF, sells it for at least 10% anyway. IF sells them for $58.50.
PSC infantry dont impress me at all either.

I don't have an issue suppoting BF, but I do detest paying for a poor quality product.
Since moving their production plant, the quality of their casting is abysmal! A recent purchase of a US Arm'd Infantry Ptn box saw over 50% of the figures with either no face or evidence of a slipped mould with major flash and mis-moulding.
Have recently bought the PSC late war German PzGren and they look OK. The detail looks good and clear with variance in stance/position, throwing grenades etc. At least none of them had flash nor mis-cast loass of face or detail. At this moment in time, a winner against the other mob!
