Awsome stuff. Scary model with a suitable paint job :-P

one small quibble. the skull seems a tad bleached for what its floating in. stands out too much amoungst the filth.

I quite like it - I see a bit of moss on the skull, but as Danju said, a bit more wouldn't go astray
Assaultguardsman
That's quite cool. How did you make the model itself?
Gonzoangel
Its a standard Confrontation model I believe.
Very well painted and based, nice work.

woops . i've just been recently hooked on painting skulls using white and grey (instead of yellow bone) and i guess i got carried away keeping this up.

Assaultguardsman, check out Rackham
Assaultguardsman
I thought it might be Rackham. What threw me off was the tyrranid style head, which could easily have come from a previous ed zoanthrope, the body could have been a rat ogre etc. etc.
Blue Cypher
WOW, I have to say, that is probably my favorite of your models so far! Excellent work! I'm a big fan of the Rackham models, they're so detailed and lend themselves to very detailed painting.
weisern
thanks BC. i agree with Rackham's detail. the model was so detailed, a lot of the purple skin was just careful washes with only very little touch ups.
wraith
