Hey folks, There are so many fine diaries on this part of the forums. I'll try not to bring the standard down too much. Bit of background when I was deciding to get back into 40k I took a long time to decide which army I would do. As soon as I saw Plague Marines and Typhus I just had to do them, I painted them in the classic green scheme, but I never fully finished them. A few years have gone by and some other games have taken my interest but I always wanted to get back to my Plague Marines. I planned my ultimate chaos army including things that I liked and I plan to lay it all out eventually. It will take some time and it will interspersed with other stuff, but hopefully I can complete my army bases and all.

I will try to get to around 1000pts first.

To start is a squad of Thousand Sons,





These guys are really only tabletop standard.

Then the first five Plague Marines, the other five are finished just not photographed yet.

Bases are still WIP, a bit unsure as to what I want to do with them. I am trying NNM with the Plague Marines please leave critiques and comments.

Does anybody have a definite picture of Pre Heresy Death Guard Terminator armour? I wanted my particular Nurgle warband to have kept their original coluor scheme somewhat. The wiki article show Calas Typhon in black armour with gold trim, but Mortarions honour guard wear white armour, some help from those more knowledgable would be appreciated.

Hey mate, my understanding is that pre-heresy DG had an offwhite armr with green trim. They look the goods man, keep it up! Loving the variation in the armor tones on the Death Guard!!
