Where do I look to get miniatures professionally painted? Specifically GW 40K. Brisbane area preferred but not essential.

Check out teh sponsers on WAU, theres a fair few people on here who are pro painters. Zordana and drozzy come to mind.

Mm, I've done a little pro-painting (mostly whole armies, and a little bit for eBay), and I live in Brisbane. Not sure how the standard compares to Zor, but I have won 2 Golden Demons , back in the day.

PM me if you're at all interested?

Cheers,

Eden

(BTW, I don't think I'm breaking any forum rules here viz. by offering a commercial service? I'm on so many I can't remember which have which rules. Please let me know if I have and I'l delete the post!)
Zordana
I'm not taking any commission work at the moment really anyway (cept for the occasional single mini job)... I kinda burned myself out smile.gif

Do you have any colleagues/rivals you could recommend instead, Zordana?
Zordana
Umm to paint lots of figures? Not sure... I think the people I am thinking of tend to not enjoy doing large jobs.

Id try drozzy or some of the other guys on here smile.gif

Jumping in a little late (been interstate), but I'm in the merc game (and have been for 6 years now).

Just in case Mr Two-and-a-half Swords isn't to your liking... ;-)

And I, if you like the budget option. I cannot pretend to paint as well as the big boys, necessarily, I do work for scraps though. Well, a very small amount per figure.

And, I've been selling my body...er...brush skills for all of 10 years?

(If you're a Brisbane local, you probably know me, even).

Cheers,

Eden

I do commission painting as well, mainly armies. A small selection of my stuff can be seen at Cool Mini or Not.

I am in the process of moving to Perth at the moment so unfortunately I cannot accept any work until I get settled over there. So I'm probably not your guy, unless you want to wait until Feb next year.

Cheers Mate
