Personally I'd dump the Hunter for a Cannon-Cow and squeeze in some solo Sabretusks

I don't think they score for theme at the ETC, its all about having a solid list that can do what your team requires of you and this is not it.
The mournfangs are solid, but at the same time it is a small army so you'll be consistently out deployed and outflanked and without the leadership of a Tyrant you might even lose a few leadership checks.
I like to take a largish unit of Ironguts with the Banner of Discipline, this gives an Ogre army a very solid core. I'd also want at least one unit of Leadbelchers to deal with flankers as well.

I'd personally go the stonehorn over the thundertusk. More hitting power to go with all of those mournfang, and I personally think the thundertusk is trying to be too many things and thus is not good at any of them (of course, ASL bubble is pretty good).
Ironblaster would be awesome. Allow you to snipe hard targets and it can also charge in and inflict carnage in CC.
