Hi guys.

I'm putting together a Russian Lend Lease company and was wondering do they suffer from the "Hens & Chicks" rule?

Cheers,

Andy.

Mid or Late War.

Late War Soviet Sherman companies (Inomarochinikiy Tankovy Batalons sp?) did... Not sure if that's changed but I think either in v3 or in Red Bear Hens and Chicks is less of a pain.. I think the only lists with no Hens and Chicks in late war are Guard units, which tend to be the heavy Soviet tanks (eg IS2)...

Pretty sure the new rules for "hen and chicks" are that you can now move and fire but only if you move upto 6 inches. Also it adds a +1 to hit on the move. Meaning you will be hitting vets over 16 inches, on 6's.

what....

The new rule for Hens and Chicks is you can move your full movement and have a +1 to hit.

There is no 6" rule, that was last edition.

My bad! Sorry got it wrong.

Dont know if this was in the last edition:

If the command tank moves then ALL other tanks from that platoon must move as well

and

If the command tank doesnt move, only tanks that started the movement step "out of command" may move.

Yes they do Andy its got nothing to do with the type of tanks they used H&C is all about the training of the crew wink.gif

That's what I thought Pete. The fact that they are a Guards unit kind of threw me as I wasn't sure about Guard Units and the Chicks and Hen rule.
