Ok so I based him off a current Dwarf Ironbreaker....I cut off his weapon and drilled through for the banner pole.....I strapped a chaos sword on his back and then printed off an old Chaos Dwarf banner.....I put him standing on a rock so he is visible........

That Iron breaker model works really well for Chaos Dwarfs, the helmet is similar to the ridiculous hats, although isn't ridiculous.

Thanks for the comments guys...I am actually thikning about a whole unti of convrted iornbreakers as "Immortals"...just make them normal warriors with shield and great wepaons but give them the war banner and some fancy polearms.....
