After playing a real competative daemons list i wanna start playing a descent tomb kings list with an average comp. Im unsure of what to take the only two models i currently have is the liche priest and the khemerian warsphinx, i don't know what works or how to run my core. I do like tomb guard so maybe them and chariots. Plz give me some ideas or advise on good ways to run or start them im looking to get a 1500pts list going.

Having played Demons you will have a solid grasp on being unstable. The added downside to that rule for Tombkings is that the army is made up of cheap skittles (skelies) and big buggers like the Sphinxs. Problem is, if they are both in the same combat your opponent will target the weaklings, gather a lot of combat rez and crumble everything.
The other main issue is not being able to march. Ever. This even means flyers only manage a mighty 10 inch move.
Once you get around those two downsides the army is quite playable. As proven by this years Empire in Flames, won by Tomb Kings!
There are a few very good things in the book, cant say I am surprised to say they are all the newer models.
Would you be able to give us any more ideas on what sort of army you would like to field? TK compete can compete in all phases, and offer a few builds.
Some people like a Death mask king in scary chariot unit, others a coven of light, lots seem to think that a unit of 30 Tomb guard with halberds, Banner of the undying legion and King/Prince and necro is the way to go.
Either way I think that they are a very buff orientated army and a lot more finesse then people think.

I do like tomb guard but im unsure of how to run them tell u what ill post an army list then have it cretiqued

I am no expert on Tomb Kings, but it is worth remembering that there are quite a few very different builds. You can do a monster mash list with lots of sphinx and necro knights. You can do more of a counter punch gun line with 2 catapults, lots of archers and a counter hit combat punch. Or you can do a more MSU like won EiF on the weekend. Have a play with the list and see how you want to play, then maybe some of the experienced TK players can give you some advice?

Arkhan the Black
2 x 3 Chariots
5 Monsterous Infantry Snakeriders
2 x 3 Death Stare Snakes
Block of Skellies
2 x 5 Horse Archers
1 x 3 Carrion
2 x Tomb Scorpions
The Bound Spell Warmachine that bounces all over your army.
Basically used the Deathstare guys, catapults, Arkhan and the bound spell thingy to deal heaps of early damage, then finish things off with chariots and snakeriders. Death Magic complements everything really well also - especially the neg leadership.
