hey all

so i have a question for you all

when using kharn the betrayer tonight he killed some of my own men in combat surprise surprise. so my question is. where does the combat res go?

1)i get it because i killed them.
2)my opponent because they died
3) they go into a limbo and dont count for either?

im thinking prob the 3rd one but any help would be appreciated

cheers

I think it is more what you lost, not killed. I'd say add them to your opponents tally. Kharn scares the ###### out everyone, even his own guys.

I am pretty sure this is clarified either in the codex or an FAQ. I can't remember exactly off the top of my head.

I believe any of your models killed by Kharn count against you as if your opponent killed them.

#2 for sure! Nothing mentioned in the CSM FAQ...

No. 2. Its wounds a side loses.

The wounds go to your opponents tally as per BRB page 39, last sentence in "Determine Assault Results" --

"In rare cases certain models can cause wounds on themselves or their friends - obviously these wounds are added to the other side's total for working out who has won."

Also for The Betrayer rule it states:

"Resolve hits on a random friendly unit engaged in the same combat, as if it were hit by the enemy, using Kharn's weapons and profile."

Hope this clears it up biggrin.gif
