Cute enough, there are some paper versions floating around the net, both smoke and artillery.

Looks sturdy enough to survive gaming

Ultimately it depends on your price point.

I've been trying to think of ways to do the smoke template. This looks good and I'd definitely grab three.

They do look nice!

EDIT: Realised there's only 1 size of smoke template tongue.gif

Actually it would be great if they could link together to make double and triple templates

Thanks for the feedback peeps smile.gif

We've worked a little further from the previous post.
  • Will come in Imperial & Metric
  • Designed so the two tops can be nested on the same frame. This will allow for in game targetting/placement, and then for getting hands inside to move figures as needed when the top targeting plate is removed.
  • Joiners will be supplied so 2 & 3 templates can be linked.

An idea of the top plate... (with paper backing still intact).

Interested for sure. Good to see something that looks good on the table, can be connected for larger bombardments and seems like it will fold away flat for easier storage!

Thats actually a really good point that I almost forgot about, seeing as how ideally it would fit into my army carry case. How much room is 3 of them disassembled going to take up?

Flat packed, 6 inches square and around 9-12mm thick. Travel bag pocket size wink.gif

The best thing about these is that most of the time you could leave it on the table meaning you don't forget there is smoke there.

I'll be up for one of those, was just thinking about you guys as I also need another good flight stand.
aaroncains
Leaving in play will be one of the the main benefits about it. You will also be able to link them together creating 6" x 12" or 6" x 18" smoke clouds smile.gif
