Ok that's 1500 points. I thought of making the bakes scoring but I feel I'll get better comp this way. I am aware that plasma is not the best choice but it's a dark angel thing.

Would love to get a comp score and some feed back as I feel this is a lot softer than my bood angel list but I can still be competitive with it.

Edit: Sorry my internet dropped out on me thursday and i only got it back today bloody telstra, i'll finish what i was going to post.

Really standard storm bolter and sword of crap for Belial?. Please tell me you meant LC or TH/SS

Pity Belial can't carry the banner :P, aka so which unit has it and which model in said unit?

As it is comp would be 4/5 from me. As it only has three scoring units that can be dealt with easily (aka no FNP) and not many of them. Th bikes are quite bad as T5 isn't what it used to be and they are not a good shooting unit nor are they a combat unit and not being scoring stops them from last turn holds (contests are still good). Also lone attack bikes just die nowadays.

I'd really suggest the apothecary over an extra attack for everybody.

You've almost got more bikes than scoring models. I'd drop a an entire attack squadron for a start.

You'll find that cyclones and power fists/hammers don't deal with Av14 all that well and Av dreads will give you a problem too. I think every unit should have a chain fist.

In dropping an attack squadron I'd take a 4th terminator squad, drop the power weapon on the bike sgt, terminators will be better in combat and with the left over points (75) take a support squadron consisting of a MM typhoon.

So the list i'd recommend that is a bit better (2.5/5)

Belial (LC or TH/SS)

Deathwing Terminators, 1x(LC), 1x(TH/SS SGT), 1x(TH/SS/Cyclone), 1x(storm bolter & chain fist), 1x(TH/SS/Apothecary)

Deathwing Terminators, 1x(LC), 1x(TH/SS SGT), 1x(TH/SS/Cyclone), 1x(storm bolter & chain fist), 1x(TH/SS)

Deathwing Terminators, 1x(LC), 1x(TH/SS SGT), 1x(TH/SS/Cyclone), 1x(storm bolter & chain fist), 1x(TH/SS)

Ravenwing attack squadron
SGT- meltabombs, 2xplasmaguns, 3 extra bikes, Attack bike with multi-melta

Ravenwing support squadron
1x typhoon with MM

1500.

More scoring (one tougher unit FNP), more long range AT (extra cyclone and typhoon) same amount of melta, and chain fists for dealing with Av14 and AV13+ in combat.

I have updated the list.

Still looking for some more comp scores.
KIng Yoshi
4/5 easy man. No apothecary, landraiders or landspeeders. No powerfists on bike squads.

Winter warfest is out of 10.

Can I guess this is around and 8/10?

Do you mean a couple in each squad? I did think about putting two in each squad for that reason. Bit couldn't be bothered painting more dudes up.
J.McGowan
No as in 2 full with storm bolters and one full with ccw.

U must of collected this army after the faq tongue.gif

No this was my first army. Storm Bolter termis have been sprayed red and are now blood angels. I'll get an AOBR squad from eBay and give them a run.

Anyone else keen to give it a comp score? My mates think its a lot lower than an 8/10. Hopefully it's the way I play it.

Yeah it is. I think giving it a 8/10 is way too leinient. Your more looking at a 5/10. 15 Termies at 1500 is decent scoring with all those Low ap shots being bounced on storm shields. Plus the little wound allocation doesn't go too far amiss. Ravenwing will catch some people out in certain missions for assaults on vehicles plus you have enough plasma and melta in the units for transports. Its a decent list and should do well against most. biggrin.gif

biggrin.gif Deathwing DA is (or should be) a lot lower in comp than most people rate it. Your list gets a few bonus points for the fact it 'ain't 5 TH/SS/Cyclone DWTs + 2 MM/Typhoon LS.

You need to give Belial TH/SS though, 5+ invul doesn't lend him survivability (this won't hurt your comp)

5 or 6 out of 10 for your current list.
NICS
I think a 5-6 out of 10 is probably more accurate.

15 scoring fearless termis is good for objectives only problem is that they have to do all the work for this list to work.

Your spot on about the ravenwing catching people by suprise. Scouting bikes are good for turn one assaults on vehicles. Problem is that the list can be very fragile. This maybe a different story at a heavily comped event. I really enjoy playing this list because when I get it right it's very rewarding.

I agree Belial would be better of with a storm shield but I have a space hulk lightning claw terminator already made up to use which I really like the model so it has to stay.
