as description , whos coming to the club for our AGM (9.30 start) , and gaming after ?

im up for a few games of fantasy at 2k pts with my darkies , whos up for a game?

Also , in another topic , there is discussion of some of us (ATM i think its myself,Jarrod and Tony , apologies in advance if I have this incorrect ) going to the storage to collect our boards and terrain from BIV and returning them to the club. anyone else willing to come along and help with that ?

I won't be in Rutherford that early on a Sunday, but I WILL BE in Cessnock Saturday night and you can reach me on 0405 165 021 if you need my key (for the lockup) for Sunday morning. Otherwise I'll help unload at the club end.

Unless someone wants to pick me up from the inlaws to drag me out there to help (I'm willing to help - it's just that I don't drive and cannot get out to rutho under my own steam at that time of day).

i think jan has the other key, i know there is two keys floating around the club members as Will said he has one of them

For those not familiar with the storeroom:

Safe'n Sound Self Storage

Opposite Maccas at Rutherford

Take the side road just off the roundabout

The keypad outside the main gate opens the gate and disarms the storeroom.

Dont follow another car in unless you are going to the same storeroom

Your storeroom is in building A on the left

Behind the last rolladoor (its a small one)

At the end of the hallway on the RHS, number 273

Keys are currently held by Brett, Will and Jan

When you unlock the door the lock comes away with the key

To lock the storeroom insert the lock with the "gold dot" facing up

Shut the rolladoor

The lights are automatic

Exit by driving to the gate on the other side of the compound

The pin will open the exit gate and rearm the storeroom

The office is open M-F 8-5, Sat 8-4

Normal access to the storerooms is 6am - 8.30pm daily

You have 24 hour access and a hefty discount

This is how things get done when the club is working well.

Something needs doing...someone makes a suggestion...others offer to help...a time and place is negotiated...helpers show up on the day.

Nothing formal, just friendly co-operation

I invited a guy along on sunday (after the meeting) to have a game of fantasy with someone. Hopefully if he has fun, his 5 other mates might come along.

How large?
I have a very large one (enough to cover our roof should we need it) and two smaller ones. The larger of them is maybe 3x2m. I can bring that one should it need it. It folds up pretty small.

Reply before 6pm, if you can, Anthony. I will have NO net access between then and until I get back tomorrow night (inlaws have NO internets - a good thing, my father-in-law would destroy it should he be able to access it).

Honestly, I have no idea, I was just thinking of keeping tables dry. bring what you feel will keep them dry

I'll throw the 3x2 or so in the car (that's metres, not feet, btw.)
Josh is picking me up in the morning from the in-laws (he knows where).

Yeah Will if you could bring that tarp, that'd be good. I've got tie down straps for the trailer but all my tarps are at my dad's. (couldn't get there this week)

I've got an old mattress to throw in the bottom to protect the boards.

Tarp is in the car. I'll just have to get it out in the morning (with my gaming stuff).

I can No longer make it in the morning to help out , as My car has been requisitioned without my knowledge to transport some furniture in the morning around 7 to 8.30 ish .

I hopefully will be able to make it in time in the morning to be there for the meeting . fingers crossed

Ill have mine with me, not sure If I will play, But Josh said he will have his, and his mate will too. so there will be atleast 2 people with 40k there

I have a tarp and ropes if Anthony would like to collect them as he goes by.
You might need a dry tarp to put under the boards as well as one to go over the top.

Ill grab them just incase, wanna leave them somewhere I can get them without waking you up?

After Brett sorted out his stuff for the campaign and guy had a chat to me about work . Yes.

Yes, Guy was only there for the meeting (he wasn't there to game at all), and Brett went home with his daughter. Only those 9 names listed stuck around for a game.

Chris Ingle did drop by to pick up some stuff from me and mentioned he might be dropping in occasionally to play Infinity since we seem to have some regular players now (something lacking in the area since Nexus closed down several years ago).
