Ok guys this is for a comp tourney list.. I just wanna get your thoughts on it

10 sternguard with fist, 2 combi melt and 2 lascans rhino..

Troops
2x tact squads with las melta and fist in a lasplas razors
5 man scouts. Srg with melta bomb.

Fast
Land speeder storm with mm

Heavy
2 x 5 man dev squads with 4 missiles
thunder fire cannon


Thoughts?

This list will do well at a tourney with 3 objective missions and 2 KP missions. Some good long range firepower. ~ 4 lascannons, 8 missiles and a the thunderfires 4 shots. Nothing wrong with the MM landspeeder and crew doing its thing and the plasma guns on the raz's. This is good for KP missions. You also do have some easy KP's of your own, so fairs fairs.

You have potentially 7 scoring units, good if there is a mission called milk the cows or multiple objective missions.

As you have ~ 800pts in scoring units any game which is won by the larger number of scoring VP's around a variable objective, this will be a big help. All the units in this case are mobile. Having a lot of troops is a smart move. I know because I am dumb and didn't do this.

It is a good solid list but it is no where near hard as nails. It should be competitive and that is what you want.

By the way don't tell me whether this list is for Cowcon or not as I am still hoping you are taking your sisters.

I would give it 4.8/10 (used a fancy comp scoring system)

Solid. Not the most efficient choices but should get the job done...although hordes could be a problem. Pedro will help but you'd still struggle a bit taking down 120 Orks/Nids. Deathstars will also be an issue without TH/SS Termies. 5.5/10.
