sell my children thanks to 6th ed? I mean is it possible to run a two child list in 6th like it was in 5th or have have they been nerfed?
Big K
it'd be a shame to sell them, I have converted them to look like me, the beard looks good on the 2 year old son, not so good on the 4 year old daughter though.
Starfire
It would be far more profitable in the long term to sell them and use the million or so dollars it would cost to raise each one on a cool new house with a dedicated 40hammers wing.
Shadow Fox
There is profit to be had selling at the start of a new edition. Simply buy new kids in 6 months or so when the mini rulebook comes out.

Get busy now and you might just make it in before the mini rule.

I would have to paint the new kids if I bought them again in a few months. These two are my only painted miniatures.

Starfire
You could probably get them pro painted (and cheaply) on eBay.
TheOriginalHavoc
But remember to advise people in tourneys they are not your own work tongue.gif
Shadow Fox
They're clearly not tournament pieces to begin with... Where are the conversions?
Shadow Fox
Double post.

I want to see those two on standard 25mm bases.
Starfire
That'd just be a 4yo. You wouldn't see the base. But it's ok, plenty of models are slightly too big for their bases.

I remember you could buy the 3rd Ed boxed set with full sized rule book and a nice bunch of miniatures for $140. $100 for just a book? I'm selling my space marines sad.gif
TheOriginalHavoc
$124 for a book (Well GW RRP anyway).

tbh, it appalled me for a bit, but i just had to look at it as;
a: It's on par with a tech manual from microsoft
b: it'll theoretically last 4 years
c: it is something that I'll be using

... Still, I wound up getting one, and it looks like I'll enjoy the system.

Besides I've spent more on less in the past tongue.gif
Archon Eugenic
$124Au.. But that is how much we were paying for the collectors Edition.. You mean $70Au..

(I love buying GW in China.. tongue.gif)
