Seems ok, except for a few things, the overlord is so expensive, assuming hes with the warriors then all he needs is res orb, warscythe mindshackle scarabs, doesnt need phareon cause they shouldnt be charging. with all the pts saved on him, get some more storm crypteks, theyre r amazing now and another fabricator claw. other than that should go alright

Yep so Shadow Runner makes a good point on the overlord; he's not really great at anything being on foot and is too expensive for the utility he brings in the res orb and phaeron.
Big Warrior squad on foot; why? You can only hold one objective now, so you're far better off with smaller units (also kill points aren't something you need to worry about any more).
I think overall it is a bit all over the shop. Some vehicles, some infantry, some shooting, some combat, no focus.
I'm not sure what your constraints are or what you're trying to achieve, but until told otherwise I'm going to assume you want to win games, so my advice will reflect such:
Overlords in barges will be awesome to auto gank fliers they zoom over. The named necron characters I don't think are that useful unless you want to build a list based around Imhotek.
Fliers are clearly boss in 6th edition and Necrons have the greatest access to them of all. Make use of this.
I would try a base of:
1-2 Overlords with Scythe in Barge
4-6 small Warrior or Immortal squads in Night Scythes.
3 Doom Scythes or Barges
This is going to end up at around 15-1700 points depending on your choices, but at least you're taking the better units and with a focus rather than just bits of everything. From here, you could squeeze in wraiths and scarabs in FA. Necron Elites are fairly naff as they just kill infantry which you can do with more efficient choices just as easily. Deathmarks? Why snipe out unit leaders when you can just wipe out the whole unit with more points-effective anti infantry options.
So yeah, that would be the "competitive" base that I would start with, and then flavour to suit your tastes from there. You could even just stick with that base, keep it at 1500pts then use the last 500 on allies (something with good, shooty troops to supplement your vulnerable Warrior/Immortal squads.
