Well I gotta carload of gamers and gaming stuff...
tables and suchlike....
for Sunday.

Does anyone know how close I'm gonna be able to park? how expensive is it gonna be? And how far am I going to need to carry my 4x4 gaming tables, and appropriate urban terrain?

You can unload things out the front (there's a loading bay at the side of the building), but that area's only for pickup/dropoff.

Last I checked you could park on campus on a weekend for about $4 - I'll check when I'm next over there. There should also be plenty of street parking on Grattan and Bouverie streets.

If it reduces the amount of stuff you're carting in, we will be joining rectangular tables together into 4x4 blocks for Warmachine. 4x4 or 4x6 tabletop boards are nice, but not essential.

Last I heard, that wasn't gonna be an option... or wasn't liekly.. or something...

UW uses 4x4....

We won't have 4x4 gaming boards at the venue - we're just pushing rectangular tables together to make an effective play area of that size.

Most of the tables are roughly 2x4, so we'll use a pair per game.
