How much: FREE!!!
We run at the same time as LURG and CGC which are a role playing club and a card gaming club (it allows us to keep it free!!!)

It's about damn time we got this board up and running.
Personally I hope to be able to put up plans for games and events here a bit more often, so for those who are interested keep an eye on this board.
Cheers Dave.

G'day everyone,
This year looks like it should be a bit of fun; a couple of tournaments, a possible campaign or 2, a few new games being played. BFG, I know I am keen.
Good work Dave,
Rob

Howdy, I live not far and hope to meet some fantasy players with a tolerance for newbies.
Can anyone rock up or do you have to be a latrobe student?
Anyone live even closer to Reservoir , near plenty road, and want to come over for a game?
Got the space and the army...

Anyone can come along, there's no memebership requirements or anything and we're quite friendly to newbies. Hell, they went so far as to teach me 40k from scratch when I first started. Come on down some friday and I'm sure we can get you a game.

We don't officially run during the holidays. But there will be posts in this forum detailing informal events at peoples houses (useually Daves). You best bet is to post in those posts or to pm Dave (Dark Sun) and askfor details.
Cheers,
Rob

Q1: What extra info are you after?
Q2: I used to play blod bowl heaps but haven't played for years. I also never brought a team so I only have the plastic humans and orcs from the box. If you are wanting a few games though I'd be keen to give the game a go again, apparently there are new rules or something, not that I can remember the old ones...

Cool, always nice to have new members! We don't operate from Uni during the breaks, so we won't be at uni again until March, however we do tend to run out of people's houses. Keep an eye on this forum and you'll be able to work out what we're up to.

Thought I should probably introduce myself since I've been spamming stuff all over the forum this week.
My name is Chris, I met Damian and Cam at GW in Northland who suggested I come to Silly Games Night last week which I did and had a blast.
I'm joining up because I've just gotten into fantasy over the last 6 months and have started to build up a dwarf army which I would like to get some games in with.
I'm open to playing any other wargames that you guys might play but right now I'm only collecting fantasy models.
I should be in almost every week and keen to get a game or two in so I look forward to meeting and playing everyone.

hey,
it might be worth noting that wogl is now $5 rather than free, just so new people know when they come along.

I think It's free if your a student Union member or something like that. However yes your right it should be changed to show it's $5 per year.
