Is it cool if we use "essentially" the same thing Kane? I have a version of this that I have changed a little bit... Pretty much the same thing... You will need to look at it a bit to notice the changes...
cmdr_roy
Sorry Hagen, its:

Grey Squad with blutak
Grey Squad with gravel base
Grey Squad no arms
Grey Squad bases only with paper pieces
Grey HQ NIB

You were close though....

I was hoping to avoid this and have everything in the same format, but okay, I guess armata_PDT_02.gif

Are we able to write our list on the back of a chip packet in crayon because it is "essentially" the same thing.....and if you are making exceptions for a Aussie-Kiwi mongrel mix then we should all get the same courtesy.

Gee Pete

I am sure that Kane would accept a 1950 pt list on a used paper napkin but whats the issue with filling in a spread sheet.

Nice one Kane armata_PDT_14.gif

Nice to see the physical cripples getting special treatment already.

I suppose the emo cripples (e.g. Badfang, Stu, Dave Atkins... and lets be fair 90% of the Australians turning up) will complain until they get some sort of "special treatment" as well.

Whilst we - the non-complainers - ask for no favours.

Hagen,

at times like this when you have your tar and feather kit out, i always like to try and hold on to my 'scottish' origins in the hope of avoiding being thrown in with the 'australians' that always attract your attentions.

when it come to speacial attention, i always go to a shop with a red light on the front. they always seem to know what to do for the right price.

Oh an kane, i got the template. I thank you for making it so easy for us all. thank you, and thank you again. Will be with you shortly.

Pete,

Now with the crayon and the spreadsheet thingy. I've given it a go but I can't seem to get the crayon on the screen to print. Is there something I've missed?

Rick

Push harder....use the full length of your "crayon"
Kargan DaemonClaw
Once you have the crayon marks on the monitor. Take the monitor and put it on the photocopyier and take a copy.
Bishop
Use 'Print Screen'

Since this excel sheet came out (I think for Liber 1?) I have used it and improved on it, so it is "essentially" the same, just a little different is all...

I switched out the "ugly" colours", got rid of the "cross" Elites symbol and put a proper "Skull" one in, the squad points value are linked to another worksheet for rought/quick calcs, I also have a "conditional" setting for the HQ/Troops/Elites/Fast Attack/Heavy Support areas (a blue number means it is the "correct" percentage (ie above 40% troops), red means it's not...)

But sure, use your chip packet and crayon if you prefer Pete tongue.gif

I can't get my typing to go sideways. I tried turning my keyboard on it's side, but to no avail ...

Thanks guys for all the helpful tips. The print screen one doesn't seem to work on my system. So I rang the blokes at Microsoft helpdesk... well the dude must have been on the happy beans or smoking some really good sh#t... he wouldn't stop laughing.... some f###ing help he was. Just wait till I send his boss a letter ... anyone know Bill Gates address?

Any way I need a bit more help with another problem. I had to make a few changes to the list and the white out I used on the screen is blocking out the template in a few places has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks

Rick,

I got a letter in the post from Stu about this very problem. Well, I am assuming it was Stu due to the handwriting being almost intelligable, the only way I could tell was from the return address:

Mail Collection Point
1 Corroberriwerriterrimerri St
Whattalottaroosdung 9999
South Australia

I suggest you send a homing pigeon to him and see if you can sort something out together?

Cheers
