Can we get arunning list of flight arrivals and lifts to and from the hotel...

Im in at 5:10am on Friday Morning then leaving 12:15 on Monday...

Can anyone help me and Rory out?

I'm in at 5:30pm on the Friday and wouldn't mind a lift

Im going to see about getting the friday off so i can do an airport run.
Will find out by the end of the week and let you know.
If all interstaters could please list their arrival times we can organise this shindig a little better.

On the way out Im leaving at the same time as Spectre - 12:15pm Monday.

Alright if interstaters can arrive around lunchtimish that would be good.
AJ, i believe the NZers are hiring a mini-bus again, maybe contact Hagen or Pete Dunn.

I could also help with a shuttle run on the Friday around midday to early afternoon, depending on numbers and the surplus of Roy's run.
Will be a pick-up and drop-off as I'll have painting to finish that night so not hangin around for BotD.

If anyone could give me a lift either or both ways that would be great. I am happy to find a cafe/bar to wait in until others arrive to make the trips worthwhile.

Work wont give me the day off for 'operational reasons' so im like totally essential to the ongoing working of this monolithic company....
I can prob do an airport run after work friday which heads to the hotel for checkin and drop off then to the dinner venue.
Anyone getting in post 5pm let us know.

Hey this sounds very generous, but alot of driving back and forth. I'm thinking I can get a coach int town and save you an extra trip to Tulla'. I just need instructions on how to get to the hotel.

Ive organised to pick up AJ from the aerodrome.
With Daniel-San getting in at 3pm i thought he was going to airport shuttle it in.

Dan: you got 3 choices, sit at the airport and i pick you up about 6. Shuttle bus it into city and get off at Spencer st, kill a few hours in the city by drinking lattes in our chilly but fair city and get a lift from me after work OR airport shuttle followed by public transport to the hotel.

Your call, i still have your mobile so if i dont hear from you on this thread i will call tomorrow arvo
