[size=2] Hello fellow mordheimers, i am from brissy, attempting to create some sort of spark to get soem mordheim action going. I played mordheim a couple of years ago for a few months, lost interest, and now have re-ignited my once love for the game. haha...

last time i played i didnt actually have my own models for it though, using my 40k models pathetically, though it worked out.. sometimes.. Now i have created an orc and gobbo warband and actually bought miniatures (using warhammer fantasy models). All i need to do now is complete painting them and make some scenery, which will probs take me a while.. nevertheless, i am in search of mordheimers around brisbane to make some attempt of giving the game more praise like it should deserve.

And some questions;

what are some cheap, decent materials to use to make buildings?

what is some good background music for a mordheim game?

does anybody know any computer games which are alot like morheim? (dont say diablo..)

thanks, brisbaners please contribute anything to do with the game and where it can be played

Pity you're not in Sydney, we just finished up a 2 year campaign last year and had a pretty big group of Mordheimers.

In regards to buildings I'd say do a search in the hobby section of WGAU or on Google, or check out a few bookmarked links i have here (some maybe outdated). But it all depends on what effort you want to go into. You can go from easy terrain like cutout/printed pieces, to full on pink foam masterpieces.

As for music, we prefer none. The screams of pain are music to our ears biggrin.gif

As for computer games, i'd possibly recommend MMORPG games maybe like Lord of the Rings Online, get yourself into a fellowship and then challenge other fellowships in battle.

Yeah mordheim has big rushes of support and then it stops and then later it comes back.
