Indeed they do look good. I also notice they are on round rather than square bases.

still up in the air if wether we have to rebase all our armies from square to round. I don't mind as long as the new bases are cheap to buy..

And they are plastics? Very nice for plastics. Any idea how much they will retail for?

cheaper than metals?

Yes they are plastics.

AT43 stuff is about the same price as metals depending where you get it from.

The current word is that they are working on changing the rules for Confrontation in a fairly large way, which will simplify things a whole lot (no wound levels anymore as an example). I have a couple of friends who are a little irate at what they see as the 'dumbing down' of their favourite game.

I'm interested to see more about these apparent changes though, and these Wolfen do look good.

These are the 'studio' paintjobs on what are probably pre-production prototypes.
There is a lot of concern that the actual productions minis won't even come close to the standard shown here.... I know a number of people have been bitterly disappointed by some AT43 models they've bought on the strength of the 'catalogue picture' with plans to repaint them - then found that the actual production run is made up models far far below the quality they were expecting.

But if they do hold up to this standard, I'll be getting a few to repaint into my current Wolfen colour scheme..... but I'm gonna wait and see...
