Running low on committie members need two responible regulars to step up and help.
There is not alot invlolved- just helping occasionally behind the counter, transporting terrain, one or two tubs, being involved in descisions regardinig the club future.
Cmon people. We need you.

hahaha if I wasn't already a CFA volunteer I would put my hand up... Getting it or not is another story due to my not being there much at all this year...

I'll do it as long as I don't have to actually do anything, just show up and play games and stuff occasionally. Oh and i'm no good for the rest of the year due to icon clashing with the second to last meet.

No but it does take up my Sunday mornings... I'm not going from there to here and spending an entire Sunday "out and about"

What I meant was if I didn't have my morning booked, I'd happliy put my hand up for this

the biggest things with the committee are:
1. transporting terrain and setting up club then packing up after the club, covering the total time the club is running. we already do this , but with a few more members it would make life so much easier for the current comittee member. 9 times out of 10 there wont be problems should a c/m ( committee member) not be able to get there at the start of the club or have to leave early.
2. serving people during the club at the canteen, you have all seen how we have to stop during games to do this, it dosen't take long but can make gaming a bit hard.
The thing is if we can get the committee back up to 8 members we can put into place the " 4 on 4 off" idea we had. which would mean although all c/m might be at the club( having brought terrain and stuff) only 4 of them would be looking after the canteen and raffle, the other 4 would be free to play games. then the following club the other 4 c/m who played last time would take care of things as the first 4 could then play games.
Don't get me wrong here, which ever c/m are looking after the canteen/raffle would still be able to play but it would be up to them to stop and service/ help people. it would also mean committee member would find it easier to arrange things if they need to miss a club.
there are other things that committee members do out side of the club EG terrain, pay the bills, resupply the canteen. but thses things are covered at this point. Phil and Simon take care of most of these things.
