Not too good today. 2 losses and a 15 point draw. See, you can lose with Orks. You just have to play like a three year old and roll even worse. . Still, was an abolsute blast, had two of the best games I've played, only one opponent was a bit slow (he had a 1/3 of the models i had and was taking LONGER with his turns) so we only got 4 turns in and i lost. Oh well. How'd the rest of you guys go? I know Anton did pretty crap, and I know Luke got 44(?) BPs, but how'd the rest of you guys go?

running total of 32 not bad for me. last game got kicked pretty bad. don't get me wrong , my oppenent Jack was a good guy to play, but that big f*&^ing canon of his took out 41 orks in 2 turns. i haven't been able to sit down all nite well its time for another bourban b4 bed. cc you guys in the morning.

Seriouly man, play for the objectives and the kills, not for the keeping your mans alives. that will happen anyway if you have 100+ orks...

I am doing ok however, it must just be your orks that are broken...

come on brad, i've only got 85 models...I've been broekn 2/3 games, and almost broekn the second. the first game I lost cos I played shatful and had terrible luck (41 shoota shots plus 24 attacks in CC equals=0 kills...?), the second I lost cos the game ended after Turn 4 due to my opponent going in slow-mo, and the third game was a 15pt draw, not a 20pt massacre cos the game finished turn 5 with him having 1 marine holding the objective.......need i say more? It was that kind of day. still #####ing awesome though. And yeah Speedy, anton has two losses and a draw. And dan.K's 5 daemon MC army played the 6 dreadnought army. 30 minute game, and it turned out a draw.

everyone already knows how i did, but i thought id drop by to lord it over you all a bit. so where did GROTS come in the teams ranking?

Well those of us who are GROTS did what we could coming in 6th in the club rankings. of course there was only 5 grots there, how many of you MWM girls were there 16?? odds were in your favour. all i want to know sam is the beer worth the s%&$% you were copping for jumping ship?

you could always look at it this way. both the first place and second place getters are ex GROTS, so really you guys learnt eveything from GROTS works for me..

I had a ball. Did crap, 3 wins, 3 losses but I came 80th and grabbed a nice sample bag of goodies from Realm of legends.

Grats to Sam, he did very well and should be proud. All GROTS members who went should be proud not only because you/we are all great sports and we had a blast in a great'n friendly tourney but also because without GROTS helping out so much with setup and packup, not to mention the tables and bloody awsome terrain (kudos to Rob and Simon) there wouldnt be an Arc. Not as good as it is in any case.......

Arc was hard on nids I reckon Choppy. My bugs didn't fair much better, with a win, 3 draws and a loss. Having 4 objective missions was always going to be hard to win. Seriously, gaunts and stealers sitting on objectives, doesnt sound right

Where did nids feature on the run down again?

Smashed was a general description- covered it all actually. Must say fearless is a two edged sword when you lose cbt with 6+ saves. Termagaunts die fast. I reckon it was difficult to hold objectives, but not impossible, but I would have done better with two big squads of gaunts, one ripper swarm squad to soak up 30 odd wounds of failed combat res. Still, fearless chaos does seem to be where it is at. So, if you can't beat em....

They shouldn't be flogged for losing to GROTS....they should be flogged for playing Warmachine.....

Heh. Day 2 for me was again crap. Thought at least games 5 and 6 I started playing like I might know how to play wardollies. So I just need 4 games to warm up...ok, now to actually playtest for the next tourney.....

plus we needs CSM my orks did well for them shelves, bit more practise and they will get into the top 10. watch this space

well its a bit late now, but i got 5th at monsterpocalypse first day, winning random draw mega terra khan! (no need for pity megas, looking at your brenton ) last at steamroller on sunday losing every game. i blame my lack of bart, then coming 8th with 3rd highest VP, only losing to brenton and roys bart list that was near identical.

all in all a good weekend of privateer press (take tat you 40k dogs ) with epic amounts of lulz had at hardcore. also finding an awsome display board in the rubbish was pretty kool.

Hehehehe, i didn't mention where you finished, just that it was worse than rob/jason/shaun and better than me/anton. could've been somewhere in the fifties or so for all I know... Anyway rick, anton....I dunno. He played a tau army with two scoring units, so he was wiping out his enemy but not winning games.

pretty funny hay rick. me getting 33rd and be the highest placed GROT there, the club must be really going to the dogs.
best thing for me was scoring funkiest vehicle for my kill koptas. there's a link on my singneture to a photo of the 2 trukk's/ killkoptas and the battlewagon/ sluaghterkopta. come up pretty good if i say so myself.
