WHEN: The event will be played on Saturday, 28th March (28/03/09).
WHERE: The Outpost Games Bunker, 79 Cowper St, Wallsend
TIME: You need to be at the Outpost at 9:00am on the day, first round starts at 9:15am!

GLOBAL RULES
-Each game will be played to a different scenario. These will be: Killing Field, Possession, Death Toll, Pendulum and Crossed Lines.
-Games will be limited to five rounds and one hour total game play. Please be considerate of your fellow gamers and don’t spend too much time pondering you tactical options.
-VPs will only be used to determine a winner if after five (5) rounds neither player has lost their Warcaster/Warlock or met the scenario victory conditions. If at this point VPs are tied, then the match will be considered a draw. Note, not all game will be won by killing the opposing Warcaster/Warlock.
-The TO's decision is final.
-There will be other gamers there playing public games outside of the tournament, please be courteous of your fellow gamers.

ARMY SELECTION
Players are limited to a maximum of 500pts. You may not use less than 400pts.
These extra restrictions also apply:
*Only models that HAVE been released as of March 2009 can be used.
*Normal Field Allowances (refer to the models FA on it’s stat card).
*Players will be limited to a SINGLE army list, so make you’re choices count!

THE LOOT
There will be a number of prizes on offer to those who best display their skill, cunning or pure misfortune. Prizes will be awarded for:
Grand Melee Champion -The player who has the single highest tournament score on the day
Best Painted -As voted by you, the gamers, the staff of the Outpost and the TO. Each player, if they wish, may enter ANY single model (from their army list) to be judged for the best painted.
Big Game Hunter -Awarded to the player that reaps the highest tally in enemy Warjacks wrecked and Warbeasts killed (models must be destroyed/removed from play).
Bounty Hunter -Awarded to the player who claims the lives of the highest number of enemy Solos (models must be destroyed or removed from play).
The Gumby! -The player who suffers the highest number of Warcaster/Warlock deaths (yes you will get something besides the ridicule of your peers, for playing like a gumby!).

Please note that all payments are to be made directly to the staff at the Outpost (4951 5725 weekends). It would be great if I can ask people to pay (and supply their army list) in advance (by Thursday 26 March). If you are traveling from OUTSIDE of the Newcastle area, payment on the day is fine (just send me a PM with your planed list).
