hey i was just looking at the players pack and didnt notice any mention of special (named) characters, i was wandering if you can take them to dogcon. any answers would be appreciated

Unfortunately special and named characters are not allowed (with some exceptions for Dogs of War).

This is the norm for most of the tournaments in Australia - although there are a few around that allow them.
