Hello all,

While at Arcanacon last month I picked up a box of the new Legion of the Damned marines, and upon opening realised just how awesome they are. Knowing that every marine army would soon have a squad of LotD in it. I Therefore decided to paint them a little different, rather than paint their flames as a proper flame, I wanted them to be more Ethereal to fit their theme better, so I’ve gone with green, I’m very happy with this first trooper and I hope you will be too .

I apologise for the picture quality, But I’m having to use the camera on my phone.

I think the green is a good look, it makes your LotD unique. Looking forward to seeing the Sergent.

Looking good but it's hard to tell.

Get a cheap digital camera with macro.

i like it but i always figured that they could be painted similar to the army of the dead for LOTR. with blue flames!

Yours is just as good through.

Those green flames have come up a treat, gives the model a really unique feel

Keen as to see a full squad of them when you're done

GAH! I'm doing my LotD with green flames too! Yu've probably done a better job than I will too

Haha, Well All I can say is Knarloc green mate, That stuff works wonders, I never would have been able to do that without it lol.
