I am sure most people who frequent this site have also on occasion visited the Oz Painters website.

I pop over there every now and then for inspiration, and every time the first thread I check out is a thread basically maintained by KyleM, its called the "Models that are cool from around the world" thread.

If you have not had a chance to check it out, or have not come across it in your travels, it is a fantastic collection of every kind of miniature artwork that you can find. Its gobsmackingly amazing sometimes.

Kyle if you happen to read this, thanks for taking the time and posting all the images, I appreciate looking through it every couple of months and really enjoy it.

Here is is, from page 1. Its got 135 pages at the moment, so enjoy that. smile.gif

KyleM wouldn't happen to be the Goldem Demon winning painter who works/ed at the Clarence Street Store?

And i have seen the thread before but was worried 135 odd pages of high res photos would run out my download limit.

Wow...

I can't say that I had spent too much time at the OZ Painters site in the past. Cheers for the link though, as I'll be making a regular from now on.

I'm only a few pages in, and I'm already humbled and inspired!

It probably would hammer a download limit, but its worth visiting every few months to see what awesome figures are being worked on. I dont know where Kyle finds the time to update the thread and keep finding new miniatures but its pretty unreal.

No worries Din, enjoy it mate. I hope your next Dogcon army will be twice as good as the Bretonnians, thanks to me. smile.gif

Answers to 2 questions:

1) Yes, I did used to work for GW Sydney City. I recommend it if you need help painting. I learnt how to paint from the current manager when I was a young chap. Also you may see me there. tongue.gif

2) I spend probably about a half hour looking at various websites in the morning over a cup of coffe. If "I" think they are cool. I will post them in that thread. It is open to anyone to post up something they think is cool, feel free to add stuff. (Although, not many people do for some reason... sad.gif )

Also I am about to get into some WFB tournament gaming, so I will try and post up a WIP thread with some progress of my army, when I find time.

cheers
