Hail of Lead was scheduled to run on the weekend of Mar 20/21st.

Did it run? How many players attended? Are the results available?

I'll talk to my brother and Andy, see what happened.

I was hoping to attend myself, but I still don't have an army finished (even after collecting for 11 years) and it clashed with Massive Attack.

All I know at the moment is that Phil is disappointed to have narrowly missed out on the wooden spoon yet again.

Well Andy told me he'd give Mick a call and get him to e-mail the results to me. Three days later and still nothing. I'm guessing they're probably still working things out.

Come on Mick!

Mick sent me an email with the results

1. Aaron Hopgood 79
2. Troy Partridge 78
3. Saxon Scarman 74.5
4. Nick Fatchen 73.5
5. Jason Scarman 71.5
6. Steve Scarman 71.5
7. Wade Stringer 69.5
8. Kevin Knibbs 68.5
9. Andy Paynter 65.5
10. Ben Cameron 63.5
11. Phil Tetlow 63.5
12. Bill Spear 59.5
13. Shaun Cugley 59.5
14. Trystan Birch 52.5
15. Trisstan Kemp 45.5
16. Jack Kennewell 44.5

Ideally, I would also like to know which army each player used.

I think I can safely assume Phil used Guard and The Kempenator used Necrons, Bill would have used Eldar and Any would have used Chaos while Trystan I reckon is Chaos.
The rest is even less reliable speculation.

I'll have a chat with the lads when I'm in Pirie this weekend to confirm everything.

Cheers for putting this up Mark
MarkC
Thanks

Am I correct in assuming that it was 1500 pts and 5 rounds like last year?

They only ever do 1500pts in Pirie. For friendly games as well as the tournament.

Not sure how many rounds though.

Hail of Lead VI has been added to the 40K Rankings and to RankingsHQ.

Sorry it took me so long, and in all that time all I've managed to do is confirm the following

Phil played Imperial Guard
The Kempenator played Necrons
Trystan played Chaos
Andy played Chaos
Jack played Eldar
