My suggestion is pull out now before it costs you any more money or move to a cheaper venue. I warned you the cost of the ophir may have been too much. Which also bought your entry fee up.

Well I'll still be able to get most of the money ive spent back... Only spent 400, and due to cancelling i should get most back... I dont care that much about the money, but the fact Its not happening...though John ahs invited us out for games at his...

Leave it till the last minute to pull out, don't tell anyone your thinking of cancelling it, keep promoting it, lower price (if possible) and most of all don't loose hope

I have confirmed that my farm will be available for gaming on the w/e.

I will be able to supply some terrain and 3 boards; more would be appreciated.

2 Rules need to be adhered to.

1. Strictly BYO - There is a BBQ Availiable and Molong is a 10min drive away; but I dont want my mum eaten out of house & home.

2. Clean up after yourselves - My mum lives on the property by herself and I dont want her cleaning up after a bunch of Adults.
