This is an attempt to get a smidge of the Angel Giraldez paint job's wonderfulness with minimum brush time.

This is a cheap white spray, metal on the weapons, Ice Blue drybrush on the musculature, Ice Blue wash on the weapons, hair and skin base coat, then Soft Tone dip.

I wasted a lot of time picking out parts of the armour in crisp white which never showed.
The ridges made the varnish dense regardless of the texture underneath...
...unlike the Asura (naked blonde lady with lazor nipples) whose lack of detail let me do smoother paint on the parts I wanted the dip to run off and leave shadows with a sandpaper-like expose primer.

On the upside, the rest of Aleph will be pretty fast without buggering around with whites.

Asura - Ironic the only member of this team without Optical Disruption is out of focus.

With Infinity miniatures it really feels like the less you do with it, the better it looks.

These guys were really fun on the board, especially Patroclus' hologram.
You can mess with your opponent's mind so much when he doesn't know which hologram is which.
Very good for getting the drop on people and making them jump out of camouflage early.

Oh, did I mention those lovely crates in the background are being sold at The Blind Pig for only $5 each?

We need to start taking photos of the board.

If they ask, you must be prepared to answer the riddle of steel, laugh at their 4 winds and show them what is best in life.

Argo Affleck is the GBU43/B to Phantoms BLU-8/B.

Not that I've actually seen it, so he may actually be closer to Sum of all Fears 'Dirty Bomb'

They are Tabletop Art bases. Glad they worked out was worried they weren't going to contrast enough.
